Ready to Ship items will ship within 1-3 business days.
Made to Order items will ship within 2-3 weeks, possibly more in the busy season.
Standard USPS Shipping: $6 Tracked and Insured
2-4 Day USPS Shipping: $10 Tracked and Insured
You will receive a notification with the tracking number when your order ships. Please have your pieces shipped to a secure and safe address. Lola Zyscovich Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered.
Shipping times have been affected by Covid, especially during busy seasons.
USPS International Shipping: $29 6-10 business days
Please inquire about International shipping to get rates for your area if you are not included in their area.
Any customs, import duty charges, or carrier handling fees are solely the responsibility of the customer. For information about potential charges, contact your local customs office.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 10 days, accompanied by a sales receipt to the Lola Zyscovich Jewelry E-Boutique. Custom items are non-refundable. After 10 days, all sales are final. All returns must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Please contact Lola@ZyscovichJewelry.com as soon as you receive the order to arrange the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The buyer is responsible for securely shipping the item along with the original packaging, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item(s). Lola cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to actions of the buyer, or items returned more than 10 days after receipt.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact Lola@ZyscovichJewelry.com immediately. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Lola will send you a notification email letting you know she has received the item. If requested, Lola will repair the defective item and return it to you. Lola has the right to deny a return if the returned item(s) are not in original condition or do not meet her quality standards. If the return is accepted, Lola will refund the entire purchase plus original shipping costs as long as the piece is returned unworn and in the original condition within 10 days of receipt.
If you’d like to request a repair, contact Lola@ZyscovichJewelry.com. Lola will generally repair jewelry for no charge within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear. After 6 months, a charge will apply based upon the complexity of the repair.
