Shipping and Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Free standard shipping on orders $300 and over
  • Standard USPS Shipping: $6.50  Standard shipping, tracked and insured.  3 to 10 days
  • 2-4 Day USPS Shipping: $12  Tracked and Insured
  • Overnight Shipping: $30  Next Day delivery to urban areas, 2 days to rural areas in the continental US

Ready to Ship items will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days.

Made to Order items will be fulfilled within 1-3 weeks, possibly more in the busy season.  Please contact me directly if you've ordered a made to order item and need it quickly.

You will receive a notification with the tracking number when your order ships. Please have your pieces shipped to a secure and safe address. Lola Zyscovich Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked as delivered. All packages are shipped tracked and insured, if you need signature confirmation please let me know in the checkout comments.

During holiday seasons shipping may take longer.  Please make sure to get 2-4 day shipping if you need your order quickly during the holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USPS or UPS International Shipping: $35  6-10 business days

With the current state of affairs, international shipping may take longer and/or include higher than usual tariffs. Any customs, import duty charges, or carrier handling fees are solely the responsibility of the customer. For information about potential charges, contact your local customs office.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied, I will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 10 days. Custom items are non-refundable. After 10 days, all sales are final.  All returns must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.  If an item is a gift I can extend the exchange time on a case by case basis.  Please contact Lola@ZyscovichJewelry.com as soon as you receive the order to arrange the return.  Please note that for each return I wind up paying the shipping costs as well as the credit card transaction fee out of pocket, returns are a courtesy, I am a one person business.  Thank you for understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for securely shipping the item along with the original packaging, including insurance and tracking for the total cost of the item(s). I cannot offer refunds for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts due to actions of the buyer, or items returned more than 10 days after receipt. 

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, I will send you a notification email letting you know I have received the item. If requested, I will repair the defective item and return it to you. I have the right to deny a return if the returned item(s) are not in original condition. Once the return is accepted, I will refund the entire purchase plus original shipping costs as long as the piece is returned unworn and in the original condition within 10 days of receipt.

If your order arrived damaged, please take photos of the package prior to opening, as well as after opening and contact Lola@ZyscovichJewelry.com immediately. I insure all packages and will need that information for the claim.

For gifted items, I'm happy to offer extended returns, please write a note at checkout if you might need an extended return period.

REPAIRS:

I stand by the quality of my work.  If there is something that needs to be repaired due to a mistake in the fabrication of the item, I will repair it free of charge. I'll will repair jewelry for no charge within 6 months of purchase as long as it is deemed normal wear and tear. After 6 months, a charge will apply based upon the complexity of the repair.  If you’d like to request a repair, contact Lola@ZyscovichJewelry.com.
